Alta View Estates Homeowners Association

Alta View Estates located in Sandy, Utah is a 55 and older (no exceptions) community
of 123 manufactured homes. The residents own their own lot and living unit. It is
governed by a Home Owners' Association staffed by elected volunteers. Our governing
documents are: Articles of Incorporation, Amended Articles of Incorporation, By Laws,
Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions(CC&Rs), the 2018
amendment to the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
(CC&Rs 2018), Architectural/Landscaping Control Review Application, and Sales Application.

Amenities include: a clubhouse which residents can rent (see fees), outdoor heated
swimming pool for residents and their guests open Memorial Day through Labor Day,
tennis court, shuffle board, and horse shoe pit. There is also an RV lot available to residents
for a nominal fee.

Social activities including monthly dinners, bingo, bunko, and game night are held at
the clubhouse. Other activities are announced in a newsletter that is published monthly.
